Last updated: 26 May 2026
By accessing or using Orderbook Analysis (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes related to market data and order-flow visualisation. You must be authorised to use the Service under your organisation’s or broker’s access policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
No investment advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Charts, rankings, and alerts are derived from data and models; they are not recommendations to buy or sell any instrument.
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for compliance with applicable laws and exchange rules.
Data and availability
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or interrupted. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted access. Pin and adjustment features may reset or change according to documented session rules.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the Service; resell access without permission; or use the Service in violation of exchange, broker, or data-vendor terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for security reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
