Last updated: 26 May 2026
This policy describes how Orderbook Analysis handles information when you use the Service. It applies to the web application and related authentication flows.
Information we collect
Account information: when you sign in (e.g. via Google or Lemonn), we receive identifiers and profile details allowed by that provider and needed to authenticate you and enforce access control.
Usage data: we may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and feature usage to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal categories beyond what is required for authentication and audit.
How we use information
To provide and maintain the Service, including session management, authorisation, and support.
To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, identity) strictly to operate the Service, or when required by law.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be used for internal analytics.
Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data; no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data subject to legal and operational constraints by contacting your administrator.
You can sign out at any time; cookies and local storage may be used for theme preferences and session state.
Updates
We may revise this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or your administrator.
